Everyday, I get to help people achieve their fitness, strength, or athletic goals — motivating and encouraging them, and guiding their progress. It’s the ideal job. By combining in-depth knowledge of movement with client-customized plans and a positive, calm approach, I steer clients toward success.
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley, while competing on the University Volleyball team, and am certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Precision Nutrition, Yoga Alliance 200, and golf fitness through the Titelist Performance Institute (TPI).
For as long as I can recall, I’ve been drawn to sport, and believe that participating in a variety of movement activities is one key to a having fit, healthy body. Walking, hiking, climbing, paddling, and swimming are great, not only because they are all balance movements, but also because they are best done outdoors where we can simultaneously enjoy the natural environment.
When I’m not helping clients achieve their goals, I enjoy bouldering, hiking, snowboarding, camping and yoga.
