Flow to Slow

These classes are a time to engage in mindful movement and deep breathing exercises, fostering physical and mental well-being. You will follow the guidance of an experienced instructor, who will lead you through a series of poses and stretches, promoting flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or are looking to try a new movement routine, you will discover the benefits yoga can have on your physical and mental well-being.

TIME & LOCATION

Monday: 6pm to 7pm

Saturday: 9am to 10am

ABOUT THE CLASS

Type: In person group class

Class length: 60 minutes

Cost: $20/class

Group packages: 6 classes for $90 + GST, this deal works out to $15 + GST/class
